Refund and Returns Policy

We take great care to use the highest quality supplies and time constructing every detail, but like every handmade product – irregularities happen. Please be advised, that many times on our site are NOT eligible for refund. For any itemTo be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please see the details below:

Non-returnable/No Refund items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products (PDF pattern files)
  • Class Registrations
  • Project Kits


If you register for a class and can not make it, pease notify us ASAP. In many cases we can offer an alternate schedule or a credit to attend a different class. Cancelations or notice less than 24 hours from class time are generally forfeit. In most cases the workshop fee is separate from the project pattern or kit. This is so you can determine whether you want to acquire your own supplies or use a pre-selected collection of materials from the designer. Kits include a printed copy of the pattern and there is no need to purchase both. If you can not make a class, you still have the pattern or kit at your disposal. Some class registrations, especially stitch-clinics, include a pattern at sign up, you will need to acquire your own supplies.


Kits can not be returned. If your kit is missing something, please just let us know so we can send the item to you.


Every attempt to take accurate photos and make complete descriptions of a product is made, but sometimes it’s just not what you wanted. Returns and exchanges are possible, but shipping back to us is not covered at this time. If you are unsure about a product before ordering, please send an email and I will be happy to answer any questions or show additional photos to help you decide. We will not process a return/refund/exchange until the item has been received back on our end in its original condition.

Items may NOT be returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale and blowout items cannot be refunded.
